Resolved Question: I have problems whit my mp3 player. Can someone help?

Ok so I have a Sweex mp051 1GB mp3 player which I got last year. And today when I removed it from my pc it didn't start anymore. When I insert the battery it says: "Starting..." but it's like it's frozen, can't even shut it off. And now when I connect it to the computer it tells me it's an unknown usb device.(Tried at 2 other computers too)What can I do? I didn't get the manual or an installations with it.
