Voting Question: Please help me with my MP3 player! Anybody?

I have a Coby mp715-4g music player. It works really really well. The only thing is my parents threw out the manual thinking it was a French version or something like that. I need to know (preferably step-by-step) how to download videos on to it.
NOTE: I'm not huge on technical terms, so if they must be used please explain them somewhat ;) Thanks a mill!
