Resolved Question: Downloading into an MP3 player?

My daughter received a gift card for the Itunes store.
We used it to purchase a couple movies.
We were hoping to download them into our Creative Zen MP3 player (30gb)...but they got saved as an "m4v" file -
Is there a way I can convert that into a file that my Zen will accept?
Is there a way to download a movie next time through Itunes and NOT have it formatted into an m4v setting?
Any other ideas to get the movie into the ZEN MP3 player? I keep getting an error that says "m4v is not a valid video source file"...
