Open Question: When I play music on my Env Touch it has a tendency to shut off. ANybody else having this problem?

I was snowboarding last week and using my Env Touch as my MP3 player. I could only get it to play a song or less and it would shut off. Very frustrating. Anybody else have this problem? If so how did you get it fixed?
