Resolved Question: Is Charging your mp3 player when it is not empty yet good or bad?? and how to download video?

I've just had a mp3 player: RCA M4304 4G
I used it for like 2 hours and then i charged again even it is not less than 2/3 of batteries left? So is this technically good or bad?


* I want to download a video to my mp3 (this one can play video too)? The video that i download can play on any software that i had on my computer. But when i copy it to my mp3 it doesn't work.
-When i open the Video folder of the mp3 the video sample has ending *.smv . I tried to right click at the video and change the ending all to smv, but it still not work. How can I put video in?????

Answer as much as you can? The only important thing is accuracy.
